2. Eligibility & Verification Requirements
To be eligible to participate and win the Brawl Pass, entrants must continuously meet all of the following requirements throughout the Giveaway period:Active Club Membership

Maintain active membership in the official Marveqon Discord server.Social Media Requirements

Participants who fail to simultaneously meet all eligibility requirements are ineligible.
Any Mega Pig wins earned during any period in which a participant does not meet every requirement listed above will be permanently void and excluded from the leaderboard.1. Leaderboard Tracking & Scoring
Manual Tracking
The Mega Pig leaderboard is manually updated, verified, and maintained by the Sponsor after the conclusion of each Mega Pig event.Scoring Integrity
Only verified Mega Pig wins earned while the participant is fully compliant with Section 2 (Eligibility) will count toward the leaderboard.
The Sponsor is not responsible for discrepancies caused by game bugs, Supercell server outages, delayed profile verification, or other technical issues.1. Winner Selection & Tie-Breaking
Winner Selection
At the conclusion of every eight (8) Mega Pig events, the eligible participant with the highest cumulative number of verified Mega Pig wins across those eight events will be declared the potential Grand Prize Winner.Two-Way Tie
If two (2) eligible participants finish with an identical number of wins after eight (8) Mega Pig events:* They must compete in a mandatory 1v1 match.
* The Sponsor has sole discretion to select the Brawler both players must use.Multi-Way Tie (3+ Players)
If three (3) or more eligible participants are tied, a direct knockout bracket of 1v1 matches will be used to determine the single winner.* Balanced Brackets: If the total number of tied players creates a clean tournament setup (such as 4 or 8 players), they will advance straight into head-to-head single-elimination matches until 1 winner remains.
* Unbalanced/Uneven Brackets: If the total number of tied players is uneven or creates an imperfect tournament bracket (such as 3, 5, 6, or 7 players), a random drawing (physical or digital wheel) will be used solely to award necessary "byes" or setup preliminary matches until a clean, even knockout bracket is formed.
* The Sponsor has sole discretion over all seedings, bracket layouts, and Brawler selections.Final Decisions
All tie-breaking procedures, match scheduling, and outcomes determined by the Sponsor are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.1. Prize Details & Distribution
Primary Prize
The confirmed winner will receive one (1) Brawl Pass delivered through official in-game gifting or Supercell creator tools, where available.Alternative Distribution
If direct in-game delivery is unavailable due to regional restrictions, account settings, or technical limitations, the Sponsor may instead provide an alternative prize equal to the standard value of a Brawl Pass in the winner's local currency through one of the following methods:* A Google Play Gift Card issued in the winner's local currency.
* A direct payment through PayPal or another mutually agreed payment platform.Right to Substitute
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, replace, or substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value at any time.
Prizes are non-transferable.Winner Responsibility
The winner is solely responsible for providing a valid payment account or digital wallet capable of receiving the prize.
The Sponsor is not responsible for currency conversion fees, payment platform fees, or region-locked gift card issues after delivery.1. Prize Claiming & Forfeiture
Winner Notification
The potential winner will be announced through the official Marveqon Discord server and/or official website.Claim Period
The potential winner must contact the Sponsor via private message on the official Discord server within seven (7) calendar days of the announcement.Forfeiture
Failure to respond within the claim period, provide requested verification, or comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification.
The Sponsor may then award the prize to another eligible participant or choose not to award the prize.1. Immediate Disqualification
The Sponsor reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant and void all leaderboard progress for reasons including, but not limited to:* Failing to continuously meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
* Leaving an official Marveqon Club or the official Discord server.
* Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software.
* Account sharing, boosting, or proxy playing.
* Providing false or misleading verification information.
* Engaging in abusive, toxic, harassing, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
* Attempting to manipulate, tamper with, or undermine the leaderboard, website, or Giveaway.Disqualified participants permanently forfeit all leaderboard progress and Giveaway eligibility.1. Sponsor's Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, extend, or cancel this Giveaway, its Terms of Service (ToS), its rules, eligibility requirements, leaderboard scoring, prize structure, or schedule at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
This includes changes resulting from Supercell game updates, modifications to the Mega Pig feature, technical failures, or administrative errors.
2. Governing Law & Final Decisions
